Projects for the youth

The festival de Pâques presents a musical moment to share with the family. For this first meeting, Claire-Marie Le Guay invites young and older ones to discover Mozart, his life, his compositions, his joys and his time. Invited to paint Thierry Escaich’s portrait in 2016, the pianist impressed by her pedagogical talents and her taste for sharing during a memorable masterclass at the Darius Milhaud Conservatory.

She notably performed the Sonata “Alla Turca” and the Fantasy in D minor and revealed the eternal Mozart whose melodies are sung, with a child’s heart, who always chooses light even in the most tragic moments.

She talked with the audience, creating bridges between the stage and the room and moments of complicity between generations. A true desire for discovery, joy of sharing and emotions are at the “rendez-vous” of this interactive concert.

Programs “Les apprentis mélomanes” 2008 à 2011

Nearly 5000 children benefited from musical training through a meeting in schools with Claire-Marie Le Guay around the piano and from a work proposed by her on the role of the performer and the knowledge of the works that the children then came to listen to at one of the concerts of the “Apprentis Mélomanes” at the Théâtre de l’Athénée, which were specially reserved for them.

Opéra de Dijon, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019

At the Dijon Opera House, Claire-Marie Le Guay puts her art and sensitivity at the service of the youngest.
These are stories that inhabit the imagination that the pianist and children from the primary schools of Dijon and the agglomeration have chosen to reinvent. With the hope that from these stories told by the children and accompanied by piano pieces will emerge a story that is never interrupted and never finished: that of the discovery, transmission and sharing of our cultures, which makes us feel, feel, think and live with each other, together.
